Our Objectives

  • 1. Increase Agricultural Productivity
    By 2027, support 7,500 smallholder farmers with training and access to climate-smart agricultural inputs, resulting in a 30% average increase in crop yields.
  • 2. Improve Market Access
    By 2026, establish 10 farmer cooperatives and link at least 70% of supported farmers to local or regional markets to improve income and reduce post-harvest losses by 25%.
  • 3. Expand Economic Opportunities
    By 2026, train 2,000 rural youth and women in entrepreneurship and provide startup support to 500 microenterprises, creating at least 1,000 new jobs in target communities.
  • 4. Strengthen Community Leadership
    By 2025, deliver governance and leadership training to 300 community leaders, increasing local participation in development planning by 50% across our intervention areas.
  • 5. Enhance Climate Resilience
    By 2027, implement climate adaptation and disaster risk reduction strategies in 20 vulnerable communities, reducing climate-related livelihood losses by 40%.
